It is peach season, and you need to know how to select the perfect peaches at the farmers market.
Dave will show you what characteristics you want to look for in your peaches. He’ll also instruct you on how to store them when you get home.
The second portion of this video touches on selecting apricots. The take home message: They are going to be a little firm at market because we can’t transport them down to market without bruising the fruit. So, ripen the apricots on the counter for a day or two until they get juicy soft.
